Electronic Multiway Coolant Control Valves

Electronic Multiway Coolant Control Valves

The Electronic Multiway Coolant Control Valve has been designed by Schrader Pacific Advanced Valves to help dealing with the current increase of complexity within the layout of the battery cooling thermal systems.

Electronic Multiway Coolant Control Valve being able to split/mix 2 inputs and 3 flow outputs, it is an opportunity to reduce significantly the total quantity of valves to be used in the system.

The Electronic Multiway Coolant Control Valve ensure flow rate control with switching function as well as proportional change of coolant flowing direction. This can thus be used to adjust the coolant flow rates or distribute the coolant flow volume proportionally.

The sealing concept of the Electronic Multiway Coolant Control Valve also ensures very low internal leakage performances in all conditions of use required in Thermal Management circuits without having the need to use extreme powerful actuator to ensure circuit switches.

Benefitting from compact design, Schrader Pacific Advanced Valves Electronic Multiway Coolant Control Valve can be integrated on coolant modules and the multi-ports modes can be customized to meet the different thermal management systems.

The Electronic Coolant Control Valve has been designed by Schrader Pacific Advanced Valves in such a modular manner that it can be configured as a 3, 4 or 5-way design.

The Electronic Coolant Control Valve ensure flow rate control with switching function as well as proportional change of coolant flowing direction. This can thus be used to adjust the coolant flow rates or distribute the coolant flow volume proportionally.

Having up to five ports, you can orientate the flow of one input onto four different outputs even getting flow repartition possible between two of these.

Benefitting from compact design, Schrader Pacific Advanced Valves Electronic Coolant Control Valve has been designed to lower internal pressure losses and the multi-ports modes can be customized to meet the different thermal management systems.

The sealing concept of the Electronic Coolant Control Valve also ensures very low internal leakage performances in all conditions of use required in Thermal Management circuits without having the need to use extreme powerful actuator to ensure circuit switches.
