Our Electronic Expansion Valves are designed to meet the latest vehicle thermal management and heat pump system requirements, supporting R-1234yf and R-134a refrigerants.
The Large Flow version combines expansion, full opening, and shut-off functions with high flow capacity, bidirectional operation, and very precise low-hysteresis direct control, while minimizing external leakage and offering customization options (LIN or PWM control, integrated body or cartridge design).
Standard electronic expansion valve further enhances battery cooling performance through a two-stage flow characteristic (flat progression followed by a boost phase), while retaining the same accuracy, reliability, and integration flexibility for thermal management modules.
Benefitting from direct drive actuation, Schrader Pacific Advanced Valves propose the highest level of performance with very high resolution and low hysteresis to achieve a good flow accuracy while having a flexible design that can meet different flow characteristics.
The direct drive technology ensures optimal external leakage in all conditions of use required in Thermal Management circuits.
