Large Flow Electronic Expansion Valves

The Large Flow Electronic Expansion Valve has been designed by Schrader Pacific Advanced Valves for new Thermal Management requirements and new heat pump architectures. Valve is suitable for both R-1234yf and R-134a refrigerant application.

Large Flow Electronic Expansion Valve is including shut-off function along with expansion and full open position.

The Large Flow Electronic Expansion Valve is providing key features such as bi-directionality and high opening area.

Benefitting from direct drive actuation, Schrader Pacific Advanced Valves can propose the highest level of performance with very high resolution and low hysteresis to achieve a good flow accuracy meanwhile having a flexible design that can be customized to meet the different flow characteristics.

The direct drive technology also ensures the lowest external leakage in all conditions of use required in Thermal Management circuits.

The Large Flow Electronic Expansion Valve can be further customised with LIN or PWM control type but also with flexible in-bloc valve body or with a cartridge form factor that can be integrated into Thermal Management Modules.

The Electronic Expansion Valve has been designed by Schrader Pacific Advanced Valves to improve battery chiller cooling performance for demanding thermal management architectures. Valve is suitable for both R-1234yf and R-134a refrigerant application.

Electronic Expansion Valve is including shut-off function along with expansion.

Schrader Pacific Advanced Valves Electronic Expansion Valve is providing key features such as the possibility to have a 2-step flow characteristic offering a precise control range with very flat opening progression and then changing to a boost range with very steep opening area.

Benefitting from direct drive actuation, Schrader Pacific Advanced Valves can propose the highest level of performance with very high resolution and low hysteresis to achieve a good flow accuracy meanwhile having a flexible design that can be customized to meet the different flow characteristics.

The direct drive technology also ensures the lowest external leakage performances in all conditions of use required in Thermal Management circuits.

The Electronic Expansion Valve can be further customised with LIN or PWM control type but also with flexible in-bloc valve body or with a cartridge form factor that can be integrated into Thermal Management Modules.
