In the context of personal data protection, this policy aims to inform Users about the data that Schrader SAS, the data controller, processes, for what purpose and how such data are protected.
It sets out the commitments of Schrader SAS with regard to data protection and informs Users about their rights and how they can exercise them.

Data collected
Schrader SAS only collects and processes data that are strictly necessary with regard to the purpose pursued.

Retention period
Schrader SAS only retains Users’ data for as long as is necessary for the operations for which they were collected, and in compliance with the legislation in force.
Data transmitted via the “CONTACT US” form:
- Those pertaining to potential customers are retained for 3 years after final contact.
- Those pertaining to customers are retained:
- Throughout the duration of the contractual relationship.
- Then for 5 years after the end of the contractual relationship, in order to protect and defend our rights in the case of disputes.
Data used for job applicants via the “CONTACT US” form or via the candidature_null@_nullschrader-pacific_null.fr email address: in the case of negative outcome, unless the applicant objects, 2 years after final contact.
Recipients
For data collected via the “CONTACT US” form, the data are destined for staff working in the departments involved in the request.
For job applications, the data are destined for staff responsible for hiring within Schrader SAS.
The data may be transmitted to technical service providers chosen for their expertise and reliability, who act in the name and according to the instructions of Schrader SAS (IT subcontractors, etc.). These service providers will comply with the principles laid down in national and European Union legislation.
Users' rights
Pursuant to French Law no. 78-17, as amended (the French Data Protection Act), Users have the rights of access, rectification, objection and erasure.

Schrader SAS takes all relevant precautions and appropriate organisational and technical measures to protect the security, integrity and confidentiality of Users’ personal data, in particular to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.
